People in general are trying to be a bit greener theses days and plenty of folks are thinking about the impact their carbon footprint is having on the planet. What steps can we take as nation to reduce harmful emissions whilst being a little kinder to the environment at the same time? One way is to leave the car at home when heading to work in the morning and get on a bike instead. If this thought fills you with dread at all the pedal power that will be required, think again, because an Electric Bike could prove to be a terrific solution. This bike looks like a normal pedal bike and you can pedal in the traditional way if you like. However, once charged the Electric Bike has a range of between 20 ? 25 miles with 15mph being achievable on full throttle. The charge time for the bike is between 4 ? 6 hours for a full charge. Those who are trying to get fit could part pedal their way to work or part use the battery power on the Electric Bike. This type of transport is far kinder to the world that you live in and if you are trying to be bit greener these days an Electric Bike could make a possible option.

I absolutely adored The Dukes of Hazzard as a kid and I`d have given anything to have a drive in the General Lee. To see that 1969 Dodge Charger become airborne was the highlight of my week and even though I could see the wings buckle when it landed, in my heart the General would always be alright. Come to think of it, I have always been a bit of a car nut and I love motors from around the World. The American muscle cars hold a special appeal to me and I`d love to get my hands on a couple of American Car Imports. I wouldn`t mind if it was a Ford Mustang like the one Steve Mcqueen drove in Bullitt or a Pontiac Trans-Am like the one driven by Burt Reynolds in Smokey and the Bandit, to me they all are marvelous examples of motoring machinery and should be preserved for all posterity. If my numbers come up on the national lottery this week I`ll definitely be treating myself to some American Car Imports supplied through specialist importers like 51 State Autos. My only problem is I`d be spoilt for choice with their fabulous collection of cars. They have Lincolns and Dodges, Fords and Hummers and they are all fine examples of American Car Imports. I`d certainly be tempted by their stunning Roush Mustangs which could leave miles of rubber on the tarmac. As a kid the likes of the good old Duke boys whetted my appetite for yank transportation. Now I`m an adult I`d give anything for meaty motor supplied courtesy of American Car Imports and I`d definitely be, ?YEE-HA-ING` as I drove along.
